The Australian Hi-Fi Retailer of the Year Victoria is an award given out by the people of Australia. They are allowed yearly to vote on the store that has impressed them the most. Sound and Image magazine hosts it. It’s not an industry or highest sales award; I guess you call it a customer service award. I am very honoured to have received it for 2023 and am excited to know that you, the Hi-Fi purchasing public, have voted for me.
