Power Cables.

There is a lot of interference and noise running around the modern connected home, Electromagnetic interference (EMI), RF noise from your TV, WIFI, Etc. Your Hi-FI equipment is very sensitive to this interference, as the better your system is, you pay for tiny details. The standard power cable you get with your components is the cheapest permissible. This is because the manufacturer keeps their costs down, and so is the supplier/ importer. So the standard cable has two cables running parallel to each other; this creates an antenna that draws in noise straight to the power supply of your amplifier or source component. By purchasing a performance power cable, you will instantly notice a sonic improvement because the cable has shielding to disperse noise secondly is a twisted pair of cables within the shielding; this makes the signal go in and out of phase, preventing it from being an antenna, you don’t need to spend a fortune, but you should definitely try it out. Fun fact: they work best over two metres in length.
